Grape Seed Extract

Grape is the single most abundant fruit harvested in the world from which a natural color is commercially obtained. Grapes are highly rich in Anthocyanins, a pool of colorants responsible for the purple, violet, blue, magenta, red and orange color of many fruits, vegetables and flowers.
 
Grape seed extract are industrial derivatives from whole grape seeds that have a great concentration of vitamin E, flavonoids, linoleic acid, and OPCs. The commercial opportunity of extracting grape seed powder constituents has been for chemicals known as polyphenols.
